For each of the service categories of Essential, Standard and Extended, human effort will be capped at up to 6 person-days of effort. Delivery of service may occur at a mutually agreed timeframe, not limited to the offer period.
Testing will be conducted on a risk basis and within the available time cap. We are happy to consider a focused approach on specific concerns, use cases or functionality, if agreed.
